The First Plateau
(above or around 1.5 to 2.5 mg)
In the first plateau you are not yet fully intoxicated with the DXM yet. You still feel the sesnsation of the drug, but not narely as much as in the upper-level plateaus. The first plateau sensation has been described as somewhat like being a little stoned and a little drunk at the same time. The first plateau can change the appearance of colors and make them look "different."
